Delivery charges are AED 15 for most areas across the UAE.
If your delivery location is deemed a remote area by delivery partners, then we will get in touch with you to inform you of additional delivery charges and further instructions.
The orders are usually dispatched and delivered within two to seven business days.
However, there might be a slight delay due to technical glitches or unforeseen circumstances. In case of any delay, you will be informed via phone or email about the shipment status.
Outside UAE:
The courier charges for the places outside of UAE will be communicated via Email, WhatsApp or a Phone call. Upon agreement, the client will have to pay delivery charges in advance to be able to dispatch the order.
Exception:
We commit to deliver to your doorstep, within 7 to 15 working days depending on the destination. This time frame is without considering the time taken for clearing the package at the destination country’s border, which will be additional time. We will inform you of a more accurate time frame after order confirmation.
Unboxing Video:
Please ensure to record a video of unboxing of the product when you receive the package. This video is the proof in case of any quality, defect, or damage related claims.
