Damaged / Defective/Wrong product received:

We do multiple quality checks, before dispatching the order but in case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product reaches you, kindly get in touch via WhatsApp/Email us on info@desichic.online respectively with reference images within 24 hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details of your order. The team will certainly help you with the return of the order. And the correct order will be shipped to you. In case if the correct order cannot be processed for any reason, refund will be initiated and credited to your bank account within 10 days to 21 says of the receipt.

Exchange Requests

Size Guide provides garment measurements and a detailed description to help you find your ideal size. However, if you accidentally order the wrong size, we are here to assist you with the exchange.

We accept size exchange requests within 48 hours of the merchandise being delivered. kindly get in touch via WhatsApp/Email us on info@desichic.online. Shipping is to be borne by the customer.

Out of Stock Sizes

If the size you need is out of stock, we will issue a credit note for the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping costs). This credit note is valid for six months from the date of issue and can be used on any product in our store.

Please note:

The product must be returned in its original packing. If packing is tampered with, the goods will not be eligible for a refund. The product must be in the same condition in which it was sent originally. Cramped, crumpled, stained, or damaged products will not be eligible for refund.

Goods lost in return transit will not be eligible for a refund.

A refund will be processed only after the product is checked and confirmed to be eligible for a refund.

How to use Credit Note?

⁃ Credit note is valid for 6 months’ time.

⁃ It must be used in one go to purchase something of the same or higher value.

⁃ Shipping is to be borne by the customer.

Garments purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL BLOCKPRINTED COLLECTION:

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products appear as accurately as possible. However, as devices vary, the screen and brightness do too. Slight change of variation in color is possible.

Block print may bleed a little in the first two washes. Vegetable dyes tend to bleed, and the print might have slight irregularities in the motif & colors. Base of the outfit, at some places may seem little stained but those are only block-print stains and are not considered as defects, it is by default and unavoidable because of handmade process.

Sometimes the fabric is dyed using natural vegetable dyes, it may rub dry or bleed color on coming in contact with water or skin for the first time especially natural Indigo.

CANCELLATION BY THE DESICHIC

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Desi Chic and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation.
